I have not been to Cupid's in a good minute! So I decided to stop by there today, & boy am I glad I did. The food was fantastic!! just how I remembered it and come to expect. The chilli was on point, wasn't too runny, or too thick. Buns were nicely steamed! What I wasn't expecting was the over the top great customer service. The young lady who helped me was Ashley. She acknowledge me come in and right away was very friendly and inviting! She was ready & eager to help. Extremely attentive to detail when it came to how and what I wanted!! Just wanted to let you all know what a fantastic job she is doing for you over there! Thank's Ashley, keep up the good work and great attitude. I will recommend others to come here!

Stumbled upon this spot with my in-laws who have lived in the area all their lives yet never tried Cupids. All of us were pleasantly surprised at the simplicity of the menu and the NO BEAN chili is perfect on these dogs. Enjoyed the Cupid and the Chicago were great! They don’t travel well b/c of how they wrap them if you order take out so definitely dine in for the best experience. If you’re curious, check it out.

This particular cupids is the only single remaining original occupant right after this entire strip mall was built. So bless their hearts. I love Cupid’s hotdogs, especially, the chili dog. Sometimes when we go to junkyard Cafe up above, then we come here also and get hotdogs to go. I remember when this place was built junkyard Cafe used to be flood Fudruckers, and right next to that used to be a restaurant called the good Earth. Aw, I miss those places.

I was coming home from work yesterday and I had the Cupid’s craving. I immediately thought of going to my usual spot in Canoga Park on Vanowen, but then realized I was only a couple miles from the Simi Valley store. When I arrived in Simi, I had the pleasure of meeting the founder’s granddaughter (and current owner) Morgan. I got my 3 chili dogs and friendly service, too. Definitely a different vibe there as I like to stand and eat my dogs at the Canoga counter, but also no waiting in Simi. Hmmm, we’ll see which one I end up next...

Hot dogs always a really great size and generous chili portions and cheese mm mm mm. We came from the valley and know the Cupid franchise very well. And use to come to Simi valley and still the same great Hit Dogs three generations and still coming ! We Love Cupids!
